宁志军,上海科技大学物质科学与技术学院教授(Tenured),助理院长,材料研究部主任,曾担任国家重点研发计划项目负责人,国家级领军人才。课题组主要从事光电转换材料与器件方面的研究,主要包括新型钙钛矿太阳能电池材料与器件,红外探测材料与器件两个研究方向。以通讯作者或第一作者在Nature, Science, Nature Energy, Nature Electronics, Nature Materials, Nature Photonics等期刊发表文章70多篇,Web of Science引用次数超过20000次,多次入选科睿唯安高被引科学家以及爱思唯尔高被引学者。
报告简介:
铅卤素钙钛矿是目前最具前景的下一代光电材料体系,但其面临环境友好性低和光活性区间窄的挑战。锡钙钛矿和铅钙钛矿具有类似的电子结构和光电性质,并具有环境友好性高,光活性范围宽的优点,为铅钙钛矿提供了重要补充,但锡基钙钛矿具有高空位缺陷浓度和易氧化的缺点,限制了器件性能的提高。我们课题组提出了利用电子结构调控抑制锡钙钛矿氧化的思路,基于该设计理念开发了准二维结构锡基钙钛矿太阳能电池材料体系,有效降低了锡钙钛矿的氧化和缺陷密度,并进一步通过提高薄膜中晶体的取向性和载流子传输层能带匹配等方法,持续提升了锡基钙钛矿太阳能电池效率,实现了锡钙钛矿太阳能电池第三方认证最高效率纪录,相关方法获得了广泛应用。本次报告将介绍我们课题组在锡基钙钛矿材料维度调控及其在太阳能电池、发光器件和光探测器的应用方面的研究,以及相关领域的研究进展。
