报告简介:
We mainly focus on the key scientific problems how to monitor metabolite dynamics in living cells and in vivo, and develops new tools for metabolite detection. Considering the central role that NAD(H), NADPH and lactate play in cell metabolism, we has reported a series of genetically encoded fluorescent sensors for these metabolites. These sensors are very useful for real-time detection and imaging of metabolic state in living cells, subcellular organelles and in vivo, and compatible with high-throughput assay for cellular metabolic state. These sensors are helpful for solving complex biomedical problems in cell metabolism. Owing to their superior properties and ease of usage, these sensors have been requested by researchers from more than 500 labs worldwide.

赵玉政,华东理工大学,教授,博士生导师,药学院副院长(主持工作),北京协和医学院博士生导师,上海市前沿科学研究基地主任,中国医学科学院创新单元主任,国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家,教育部国家级高层次人才(2021),教育部国家级高层次青年人才(2017),国家优秀青年科学基金获得者(2017),国家自然科学基金创新研究群体核心成员。研究方向是细胞代谢监测示踪与生命健康,主要研究成果发表在Nature MethodsNature MetabolismCell Metabolism(3)Nature Protocols(2)Developmental CellScience Advances(2)Cell ReportsPNASBlood等国际权威学术期刊;获授权中国发明专利13项,美国发明专利2项;获教育部自然科学一等奖(2020)、上海青年科技英才奖(2018)、上海市青少年科技创新“市长”奖(2013)等荣誉。
